Pakistan needs good news. Over 200 million people are living in poverty, hardship and fear, making them hungry for the Gospel.

The majority are unable to read (65%*). 45% make less than $3.10 per day. The country is the second largest Muslim population in the world (96%), but all have suffered greatly at the hand of extremists, as well as from natural disasters like an earthquake that left 100,000 people dead and 2.5 million people homeless.

It is difficult for most Pakistanis to look at their world and see any hint of God’s love.

We believe that despite the hardships and discouragement so many Pakistanis feel (or perhaps because of them) that there is an openness to the Gospel we have not seen in 40 years of ministry. The Gospel is GOOD NEWS and people are ready to receive it.
